Developed at the request of the WTO Informal Working Group on MSMEs, this database provides an overview of any identified MSME reference in government and secretariat reports connected with regular trade policy reviews.

WTO Trade Policy Reviews: Regular surveillance of national trade policies through a peer-review process to promote transparency and ensure adherence to WTO rules.

References: For this database, any paragraph with a reference to Micro-, Small- or Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs), small businesses, or other related terms is identified as a reference.

Coverage: The database covers all trade policy reviews from 1995 to the most recent year.

Data Format: Data are derived from .doc files and aggregated into an Excel database.
