Safeguard Measures

The Safeguard measures dataset is a web-page providing an overview of the WTO Agreement on Safeguards. The page also links to resources such as the full text of the Safeguards Agreement, statistical data on safeguard measures, and information on the Committee on Safeguards, which oversees the implementation of the Agreement. It provides detailed data on safeguard actions taken by member countries, based on their notifications to the Committee on Safeguards. This information is updated periodically, with the latest update as of December 31, 2024.
