Preferential Trade Arrangements

The WTO Preferential Trade Arrangements (PTA) dataset is a comprehensive collection of information on non-reciprocal preferential trade schemes. Established as part of the Transparency Mechanism for PTAs, this dataset aims to enhance transparency and understanding of preferential trade practices within the multilateral trading system.

Legal Texts and Related Documents: Access to the full text of the PTA and any related instruments.
Beneficiary Countries: List of countries benefiting from the PTA.
Trade and Tariff Data: Information on preferential duties, MFN duties, and other relevant trade data.
Rules of Origin: Details on product-specific rules of origin as defined in the PTA.
