RTAs services commitments/reservations

The RTA services provisions and commitments dataset allows users to access and search for information on commitments in regional trade agreements notified under Article V of the GATS and beyond.

The list of RTAs covered is available from the I-TIP Services portal.
Sectoral Coverage: The data includes commitments/reservations across a range of service sectors, such as financial services, telecommunications, transport etc. Commitments and reservations are categorized according to the four modes of supply defined under GATS: cross-border supply, consumption abroad, commercial presence, and presence of natural persons.
